Phase II is set to begin construction in the 1st Quarter of 2025. Phase II will be a mixed-use, mixed-income apartment community located in historic West Village adjacent to Phase I. It will include four for-sale townhomes and fifty studio and one-bedroom apartments; as well as 1,000 SF of retail. Construction to commence in the 1st quarter of 2025 and be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2027
